Job summary

Insight Global in Florida is seeking a Transmission Substation Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transmission and substation projects. This role focuses on transmission line projects and requires coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, environmental, permitting, and operations to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The position offers an indefinite contract with pay ranging from $55 to $70 per hour, with benefits available

• Experience using Oracle Primavera.
• Experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transmission and substation projects, with a focus on transmission line projects.
• Manage large-scale projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive project success from concept through commissioning.
• Partner with engineering, construction, environmental, permitting, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Notes:

• While a background in utilities is preferred, a strong Project Manager with extensive experience and proficiency in Primavera and SAP may be considered, as the hiring manager is willing to train on the utilities side.
