• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management

• Establish and maintain Project Management standards and best practices
• Build and manage an Enterprise Project Portfolio and project repository
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices and test documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business, QA, Architects, Developers)
• Provide project status reporting to senior leadership
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and perform benefit analysis
• Support documentation for new systems (User Guides, System Guides)

Required Skills
