VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise IT initiatives through all phases of the project lifecycle in a regulated environment. You will apply PMP-based methodologies, govern governance frameworks, and manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk while delivering formal reports to stakeholders across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• PMP certification (active or inactive; certification details required).
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT projects.
• Experience working in regulated or utility-style environments preferred.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, governance, schedule control, cost control, and risk management.
• Professional maturity and ability to adapt communication style across executive, technical, and operational audiences.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting projects involving web content management and/or marketing automation.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools, including ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Project, SAP BPC, Atlassian Align.
• Experience with Power BI or analytics tools is a plus.

• Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and align with priorities.
• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned and benefits realization.
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards, delegated approvals, and reporting requirements.

Seeking an experiencedIT Project Managerto manage multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT initiatives through all phases of the project lifecycle. This role requires strong command of formal project management methodologies, stakeholder governance, risk and change control, and enterprise reporting tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in regulated environments and collaborating across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage2 5 concurrent enterprise-level IT projectsacross initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases
• ApplyPMP-based project management methodologiesand enterprise governance frameworks
• Establish strong working relationships with project sponsors, execution sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Define project success criteria, milestones, and measurable business benefits
• Develop and maintain core project artifacts, including business cases, project charters, schedules, risk registers, communication plans, benefit realization plans, and status reports
• Facilitate formal phase-gate reviews and ensure deliverables meet approval and governance requirements
• Monitor and control projectscope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues, initiating change requests when required
• Provide regular and ad hoc project reporting using enterprise systems and dashboards
• Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned and benefits realization follow-up
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards, delegated approval authorities, and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• PMP certification(active or inactive; certification details required)
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience
• Demonstrated success managingmultiple concurrent enterprise-level IT projects
• Experience working inregulated or utility-style environmentspreferred
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, governance, schedule control, cost control, and risk management
• Proven professional maturity and ability to adapt communication style across executive, technical, and operational audiences
