Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large, multi-client IT deployments from planning through delivery.

The role requires strong governance, risk and stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of both Waterfall and Agile frameworks. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with infrastructure, databases, and web technologies, plus proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and modern PM tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management in large, complex implementations.
• 8+ years in multi-client system deployments.
• Experience with Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
• Proven vendor management on large IT projects.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with risk, cost, schedule, testing, and quality management.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, ServiceNow, VersionOne, etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, databases, and web technologies.

Required Qualifications :

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience (large, complex implementations)
• 8+ years managing multi-client system deployments
• Strong experience with Waterfall & Agile methodologies

Highly Desired

• PMP Certification (Scrum Master a plus)
• Experience with NC State / Local Government projects
• Public Health or Healthcare IT experience
• Experience managing legacy system upgrades and data migration
• Experience leading COTS / SaaS implementations
• Strong RFP and technical documentation experience
• Scrum Master or Agile/Kanban team leadership experience
