• Experience managing enterprise-level, multi-project environments.
• Experience creating test cases, workflows, diagrams, and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT projects across full SDLC.
• Define scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish PM standards and best practices.
• Manage an enterprise project portfolio and repository.
• Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Develop requirements traceability matrices and test documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business, QA, Architects, Developers).
• Provide project status reports to senior leadership.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and perform benefit analysis.
• Support documentation for new systems (User Guides, System Guides).
