Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Indianapolis to lead ground-up commercial, healthcare, and education projects from conception to completion. You will report to the Director & President of Construction and coordinate with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to uphold quality and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience on similar projects, with proficiency in Procore or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction PM experience on ground-up projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subs, and clients.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion.
• Report directly into the Director & President of Construction.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools.
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement.
• Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline.

Profile

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
