Project Manager (T1472006-AJK) Indianapolis, Indiana

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to manage multiple, concurrent projects throughout the entire project management lifecycle for a stable and growing local company. In this role your duties will include scope management, schedule management, resource management, risk management, communication management, stakeholder management, and training and mentoring of more junior EPMO members. Projects will range from business and IT projects, and IT projects will include both application software projects and infrastructure projects. If you are successful project manager with a successful track record of managing executive stakeholders and juggling multiple projects at once and looking for a long‑term opportunity, this is the role for you.

Required Skills:

• Must have 5+ years’ experience in an IT Project Management role
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile is required
• PMP certified or a desire to be certified is ideal
• Must have experience managing various projects including business and IT related projects
• Must have experience with managing project status, schedule, action items, risks, issues and resources with project portfolio management software
• Must have strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Must be able to build stakeholder trust while also holding stakeholders accountable
• Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships is required
