Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from initiation to closure. You will coordinate business and technical teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and drive successful end-to-end delivery across software, SaaS, infrastructure, and integrations.

Proficiency with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods is required, as well as hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end IT projects.
• Proficient in SDLC and project lifecycle management.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet or ServiceNow.
• PM certifications like PMP/Prince2 preferred; PMI-ACP or SAFe a plus.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Leading end-to-end IT and technology projects
• Managing projects using Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies
• Working with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope
• Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks & deliverables
• Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders, vendors and external partners
• Supporting projects involving software applications, SaaS, infrastructure modernization and system integrations
• IT Project Management experience
• Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery
• Strong experience with SDLC and project lifecycle management
• Requirements gathering & stakeholder management
• Risk, budget and resource management
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet or ServiceNow
• Exposure to Azure, AWS or GCP
• Vendor, SOW & contract management experience
• PMP / PRINCE2 preferred | CSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe is a plus
• Experience supporting public-sector, government, court systems, or other complex enterprise environments is highly preferred!
