Job summary

Responsibilities

• Determining needed resources from start to finish with budget considerations.
• Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Acquiring equipment and materials and monitoring stocks to address inadequacies.
• Hiring contractors and staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervising the work of laborers and guiding them when needed.
• Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and reporting issues.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager in the Construction industry to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables, and estimating costs. The successful candidate will have a background in building construction, architecture, or related fields, with a strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Qualifications

• 1. Proven experience as a construction project manager with at least 5+ years in a similar role.
• 2. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• 3. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• 4. Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software.
• 5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• 6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• 7. A team player with leadership abilities.
• 8. BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field.
• 9. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
• 10. Experience in risk management, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and team leadership.
