This is a highly cross-functional project management role focused on commercialization, go-to-market readiness, innovation timelines, launch execution, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, highly collaborative, and comfortable managing complex timelines across marketing, sales, packaging, supply chain, R&D, finance, digital/ecommerce, vendors, and global partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage commercialization and go-to-market projects from concept through launch for a fast-growing CPG portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional timelines, milestones, deliverables, and launch readiness across multiple product categories.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, supply chain, packaging, R&D, finance, digital shelf/ecommerce, vendors, and global stakeholders.

  • Navigate supply chain complexity, imported products, changing timelines, and evolving internal processes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across teams, including stakeholders in different time zones and countries.
  • Help identify process gaps, solve problems, and bring structure to a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Experience supporting commercialization, innovation, Stage Gate, new product launch, or product development processes preferred.
  • CPG, food, retail, consumer products, private label, packaging, or food manufacturing experience is highly relevant.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially in email-heavy, cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see both the big picture and the critical project details.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, Excel, SAP, packaging systems, or similar platforms.
  • Professional maturity, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with international teams, imported products, or global stakeholders is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has strong project management discipline and can confidently drive timelines across multiple teams. They may come from commercialization, marketing operations, GTM, innovation, packaging, product launch, or CPG project management.

They do not need to be a career commercialization manager, but they should have experience managing complex projects where marketing, operations, supply chain, packaging, sales, and external partners all need to stay aligned.
