We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Operations Project Manager to drive operational excellence for our global Marketing efforts across product launches. As the Marketing Operations Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role within the Marketing organization, working as an extension of the Product Marketing Management team to bring product launches and key campaigns to life across global digital and in‑store touchpoints. In supporting the PMM team, you will also work cross‑functionally with related Marketing teams (Channel, DTC, International), Product (Hardware, Software), Legal, and Executives. This role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end execution of marketing projects, ensuring clarity, alignment, and efficiency from intake through final delivery.
You will act as the central hub for communication, timelines, and execution—ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brief, and with high quality. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and can balance multiple priorities across teams.
This role is instrumental in bringing structure, industry best practices, and operational rigor to a fast‑paced, cross‑functional marketing environment. To be successful you must have prior experience developing and overseeing marketing processes and be a driven self‑starter who excels at influencing others to perform.
You have a bias for urgency. You don’t wait for perfect clarity to take action—you start, learn, and adjust. You believe that speed matters, especially when paired with thoughtfulness. You ask: “What can move forward today?” and push past inertia.
You set high standards—especially for yourself. You’re proud of your work and protective of your reputation. You take ownership, deliver quality, and don’t cut corners. You hold yourself accountable without waiting to be asked.
You stay focused when things are moving fast. You can identify what really matters and don’t get distracted by noise. You prioritize well and manage your time wisely.
You collaborate like a pro. You elevate the people around you, communicate clearly, and give thoughtful feedback. You’re low ego, high output—and your team loves working with you.
