Job summary

Red's All Natural, LLC is seeking a Commercialization Manager in Franklin, Tennessee. This hybrid role requires coordinating across Marketing, R&D, Operations and Supply Chain to bring new products to market and manage lifecycle changes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee packaging artwork, manage stage-gate progress, and drive successful launches while aligning with brand strategy. Strong PM and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of project management, commercialization or related experience within the CPG industry.
  • Experience managing cross-functional product launches and changes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Experience with project management software; knowledge of ClickUp is a plus.
  • Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the PMR process to charter new projects and progress through stage gates.
  • Partner with Marketing to align projects with Brand and Innovation Strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional project team meetings and gate reviews.
  • Manage full lifecycle of product-related projects including launches and SKU changes.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Sales and others to define scope, timelines and deliverables.
  • Lead reviews of the product pipeline, provide status updates and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain communication with leaders regarding status, deadlines, costs, and decisions.
  • Coordinate new product introductions and changes to products, including artwork, reformulations and packaging updates.
  • Identify interdependencies, develop mitigation plans and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate plant trials and first production runs as needed.
  • Create meeting agendas, decisions and actionable recaps to keep teams aligned.
  • Oversee packaging artwork process and prioritize based on business needs.
  • Lead reviews of packaging graphics and BOMs for new items.
  • Identify process improvements to strengthen commercialization and product lifecycle management.
  • Bring strategic portfolio thinking and inform business decisions.
  • Contribute commercialization expertise to broader Supply Chain and business planning.

Work Location & Schedule

This is a hybrid position based in Franklin, Tennessee, with a minimum of three days per week required in the office. This is not a fully remote position. Relocation assistance is not available, so candidates should currently live within commuting distance of Franklin or be prepared to relocate at their own expense.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Facilitate the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) process to charter new projects and progress projects through the stage gate process.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to lead projects to ensure work is aligned with Red’s Brand and Innovation Strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional project team meetings (Commercialization and Discovery), Gate reviews and project prioritization to ensure initiatives align with business goals, resources and timelines.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of product-related projects, including new product launches, changes to existing SKUs and SKU discontinuations.
  • Partner with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Sales and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional reviews of the product pipeline, provide clear status updates, identify risks and make recommendations to keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintain strong communication with leaders and stakeholders regarding project status, deadlines, costs, supply chain considerations, risks and key decisions.
  • Coordinate the execution of new product introductions and changes to existing products, including artwork updates, reformulations, supplier changes and packaging specification updates.
  • Identify project interdependencies and conflicts, develop mitigation plans and help resolve issues that could affect execution.
  • Coordinate and attend plant trials and first production runs, as needed.
  • Create clear meeting agendas, decisions and actionable recaps to keep teams aligned and accountable for deliverables.
  • Oversee the packaging artwork process and help establish priorities as business needs change.
  • Lead cross-functional reviews of packaging graphics and new-item bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Identify and implement process improvements and tools that strengthen commercialization and product lifecycle management.
  • Bring strategic thinking to the portfolio by evaluating trade-offs, challenging the status quo, and helping the business make informed decisions.
  • Contribute commercialization expertise to broader Supply Chain and business planning.
