Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Project Architect / Project Manager to lead a high volume of fast-paced architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of mentoring junior staff while coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required.
  • RA License (registered architect) required.
  • 5–7 years of architectural experience.
  • Experience with commercial, institutional, and/or complex building types.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, zoning, site and land development regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through schematic design, design development, permitting, construction documents, and construction administration.
  • Produce high-quality 3D renderings and virtual tours for interior and exterior spaces.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of site development layouts, zoning requirements, land development regulations, and project graphics.
  • Manage the bidding process, including requesting, receiving, and evaluating contractor bids.
  • Develop and write CSI specifications and ensure specifications are understood and enforced throughout each project.
  • Review shop drawings and assist with submittal reviews.
  • Conduct field visits, site investigations, and attend Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to junior architectural staff.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing leadership and direction to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
