An established design practice is seeking an Architectural Project Manager. This individual will oversee projects from design development through completion, lead multidisciplinary coordination, and act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants. The position is ideal for a licensed architect or a professional working toward licensure who brings strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and a practical understanding of how buildings are delivered. Ideally experience in data centres or healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from design development through construction closeout
• Manage project teams, schedules, and deliverables
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants
• Provide construction administration support including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
• Ensure quality and coordination of construction documentation
• Serve as a primary liaison with clients and consultants
• Support and mentor junior staff
