Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey seeks a results-driven Project Manager to oversee AV integration projects from planning to delivery, within scope and budget.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage procurement, track progress with PM tools, and communicate status to owners, field teams, and admins, ensuring timely installations and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management (or related field) required.
• 2+ years in project management, preferably AV/low-voltage/construction or related trade.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Procurement experience to check stock, lead times, and costs.
• Familiarity with AV brands and product categories is a plus.

• Proactively surface problems — delayed gear, scheduling gaps, scope creep — before they affect the client.

• Strong procurement instincts — you know how to check stock, compare lead times, and compare costs to gain best margin
• Familiarity with AV brands and product categories (displays, control systems, networking, audio) is a plus, not a requirement.
