Kelly Services in Harrisburg, PA 17101 is seeking a Project Manager for a 10+ month contract (temp to hire). The role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Project Helios program, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality meet business objectives.
You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations, managing project controls, risk, and changes while providing executive status updates to senior leadership.

Pay Rate: $51.97/hrs. on W2
Shift hours: 1st Shift
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Project Helios, responsible for scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain the integrated project execution strategy, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational transition activities across multiple project workstreams.
Manage overall project controls, including schedule performance, budget management, forecasting, risk mitigation, change management, action tracking, and executive reporting.
Coordinate internal teams, external engineering partners, contractors, vendors, and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, timely decision-making, and successful project execution.
Support procurement and commercial activities by collaborating on contracting strategies, long-lead equipment planning, contractor performance, and management of project changes.
Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives and delivery milestones.
Coordinate project commissioning, operational readiness, final turnover, and project closeout, ensuring a seamless transition to Operations and completion of all required project documentation.
Develop and deliver executive project status updates, communicating project progress, schedule performance, capital spend, forecast, key risks, and major milestones to senior leadership.
