Job summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a major mission-critical data center mechanical package in Harlingen, Texas. You will manage execution of HVAC, piping, and pipefitting work, coordinating with owners, engineers, GC/subcontractors, and field teams to deliver systems that meet exacting technical and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a track record on large-scale mechanical construction projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Strong background in HVAC and pipefitting/piping systems.
• Experience with mission-critical, data center, semiconductor, healthcare, or other highly technical projects preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, highly coordinated construction environment.
