Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of a hyperscale data center project.
• Coordinate all phases of mechanical construction, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and process systems.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Work closely with owners, general contractors, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate resources to maintain schedule and productivity goals.
• Support field operations teams by identifying and resolving project challenges.
• Monitor project financial performance and maintain accurate cost reporting.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, mission-critical, healthcare, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems installation.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience is highly preferred.
