Job summary

BRG Advisors seeks a Mechanical Project Manager for a mission-critical data center project in Harlingen, Texas. You will oversee HVAC, piping, and pipefitting systems, coordinating with owners, engineers, GCs, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver high-precision mechanical infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience managing large-scale mechanical construction, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, highly coordinated environments on technically demanding

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Strong HVAC and pipefitting expertise.
• Experience on mission-critical, data center, healthcare or similar technical projects preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
