Job summary

WES Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple complex construction projects.

You will drive site coordination, resource allocation, and timely project delivery across several active jobs. We seek a candidate with a minimum of 10 years in construction management, strong leadership, and proficiency with construction management software.

Your Role

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects simultaneously.
• Developing project schedules, budgets, and schedules of values.
• Sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborating with superintendents to allocate resources effectively.
• Leading pre-construction and project close-out activities.
• Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.

We are seeking a candidate with:

• A strong, proven background in building and/or site construction work.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or related fields.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• The ability to visualize project outcomes and phase work accordingly.
• A detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
• Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus.
