Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for water/wastewater, pump stations, and heavy civil construction projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents while requesting quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Define project goals, build construction strategies, develop project plans, allocate resources, and keep work progressing within tight timelines.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, profitability, production progress, and overall project performance, making adjustments when delays or challenges arise.
  • Coordinate and communicate with owners, engineers, architects, inspectors, superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, and construction personnel.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, contractual requirements, safety expectations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct project meetings, report status, maintain client relationships, conduct site visits, and support bid-running activities as needed.
  • Prepare and submit pay applications, review vendor invoices, and maintain clear project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

About The Role

Manage the full project lifecycle for water/wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and heavy civil construction projects from planning through closeout. Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents while requesting quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Select, coordinate, and negotiate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to support project budgets, schedules, quality expectations, and delivery goals. Define project goals, build construction strategies, develop project plans, allocate resources, and keep work progressing within tight timelines. Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, profitability, production progress, and overall project performance, making adjustments when delays or challenges arise. Coordinate and communicate with owners, engineers, architects, specialists, inspectors, superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, and construction personnel.
