Job summary

WES Construction Corp. is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee daily operations on our construction sites in Massachusetts.

You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive supervision experience, a strong safety record, and a proactive leadership style, with knowledge of self-perform work and underground utilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction supervision.
• Background in self-perform site work and underground utility work.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
• Experience with Water / Wastewater treatment is a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to meet schedule and budget.

• Leading and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and address any issues promptly
• Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all team members adhere to OSHA regulations
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Providing clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders

We are seeking a candidate with

• Extensive experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of successful project completions
• Comprehensive background in self-perform site work and underground utility work
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
• Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus
