The Project Manager I acts as the primary point of contact (POC) on customer‑specific and internally driven projects. As the POC, they will establish and maintain project plans, recurring action item lists (RAILS), report progress internally and externally, and manage the Scope of Work per the defined financial budget and deliverables schedule to ensure successful project completion.
The responsibilities of this role do not include supervising other employees.

As part of their job duties, the employee must sit for lengthy periods while operating a computer. They frequently use their hands to type, handle objects, and communicate verbally. This role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, reaching at or below shoulder level, and keyboarding. This position includes access or potential access to ITAR and EAR technical data. Candidates must qualify as US Persons, defined as US Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders).
