Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields along with over 8 years of experience in construction. Qualifications

Job Details & Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on multiple projects. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Representing the company on the Owner-Architect team, you will protect and promote our interests while managing client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the project team, organizing work divisions to align with best practices.
• Take ownership of projects, including contract management, budgeting, and developing effective build strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project contracts and report on performance metrics including cost, quality, and safety.
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor selection, budget setup, and manage payment approvals and vendor expenditures.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain communication with clients, and manage change orders and documentation processes.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, including the Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management required.
• 8+ years of experience in building construction, preferably in project management roles.
• Proficiency in Procore, Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite highly desirable.
