Thermosystems, a Daikin group member, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a wide range of mechanical processes, from estimating and scheduling to quality control and progress billing. You will coordinate kick-off and close-out meetings, gather client requirements, prepare working drawings, and liaise with customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in project management, HVAC experience preferred, and Microsoft 365 proficiency are required.

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.
• Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
• Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propsels.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
• All other duties assigned.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $150,00 in IN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
