Job summary

Thermosystems, a Daikin group company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC projects in the Elkhart, IN area. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, design reviews, and coordination across customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC, plus proficiency with Microsoft 365. This is a hybrid role with some on-site work in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.
• Previous HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.
• Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
• Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propels.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
• All other duties assigned.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $150,00 in IN. The range displayedrepresentsthe pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
