Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote; United States
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Position Overview

The Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting branch and account leadership through project planning, financial coordination, and client relationship management. This role ensures all assigned projects—especially those involving communication with mobile and Securitas Technology—are executed efficiently and in alignment with client expectations.

This position also supports accounts payable, invoicing, billing, and cross-functional initiatives. A background in finance or IT is highly desirable, given the nature of systems integration and reporting involved. The Project Manager will help oversee service delivery, ensure process efficiency, and provide oversight for assigned security teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Management

• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple accounts and service lines.
• Oversee service implementation for mobile solutions and Securitas Technology deployments.
• Track and manage operational metrics, site schedules, and compliance across assigned client locations.

Client & Staff Coordination

• Serve as primary contact for client updates, meetings, and service reviews.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retention of quality site staff.
• Ensure staff compliance with post orders, company policies, and licensing regulations.
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits to verify service standards.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Manage accounts payable, billing, and invoicing processes for assigned accounts.
• Monitor budgets, track project costs, and process expense reports.
• Assist with preparing monthly financial summaries and forecasts for leadership review.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, timesheets, and inventory documentation.

Technology & Systems

• Participate in cross-functional projects involving Securitas Technology, mobile security tools, and system integrations.
• Support data collection, reporting, and basic troubleshooting for technology-related service offerings.
• Collaborate with IT teams or vendors as needed during system upgrades or deployments.

Additional Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies or incident escalations during and after business hours.
• Provide input on company initiatives and support process improvements.
• Assist with resolving personnel issues and documenting corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in security, business operations, or project management.
• Reliable transportation and communication (e.g., phone, email access).
• Able to pass background check, drug screening, and meet applicable licensing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Finance and/or IT background strongly preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with billing systems, accounting platforms, or ERP tools.
• Familiarity with Securitas Technology systems or similar enterprise security software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

• Occasional travel to client locations may be required.
• Regular use of computer, phone, and office equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in office or field environments.
• On-call availability required for emergency response.
