About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Gifting Solutions Specialist whose primary responsibilities are to source, recommend, personalize, and package gift and giveaway items for corporate gifting engagements.

Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with high communication, organization, and project management skills.

What You'll Do
  1. Merchandise curation:
    • Curate a diverse range of items, including luxury lifestyle gifts, branded swag, and event giveaways
    • Work closely with event planners to provide merchandise solutions for conferences, trade shows, corporate gatherings, and incentive trips
    • Recommend items that are in alignment with client brand and budget guidelines
    • Offer creative suggestions for personalized and custom gifts and for gift packaging
  2. Merchandise procurement:
    • Ensure all details from gift curation to delivery are managed and fulfilled seamlessly
    • Oversee the purchase of merchandise to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
    • Coordinate logistics for shipping merchandise to event sites (domestic and international)
  3. Collaboration:
    • Understand client needs and tailor merchandise accordingly
    • Ensure brand standards are adhered to
    • Coordinate receiving and review of merchandise
    • Conduct quality checks and address issues promptly, ensuring merchandise meets quality standards
    • Coordinate prompt payment and billing reconciliation
  4. Incentive payouts: Work with suppliers for solutions including different gift card options for various client needs
  5. Inventory management:
    • Monitor inventory levels for promotional materials
    • Ensure timely restocking and availability of merchandise
  6. Supplier relations:
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
    • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable merchandise supply

Eligibility Requirements

  • Able to work the following schedule:
    • Monday - Friday
    • 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time
    • Flexible to support after standard work hours or on weekends if needed to complete high-priority projects or accommodate client/program schedules
Remote Work Requirements
  • Michigan resident
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
