A Typical Work Week

This is a full-time, in-person position for our West Des Moines office. Not open for remote work at this time.

Other Responsibilities:

• Talking directly with clients via email, Slack, phone, and in-person
• Working and solving problems independently and knowing when to ask questions
• Helping to manage projects virtually through our project management tool, Basecamp
• Participate in creative brainstorms
• Maintaining detailed meeting- and project-related notes
• Create systems and ensure they are followed
• Proactively providing project updates to account managers and clients
• Manage project deadlines, timelines, and budgets
