Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in managing projects and supporting our speaker team remotely from anywhere in the US. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to grow professionally while contributing to global events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Speaker Certification Program Manager to oversee programs, communications, and events.
• Develop and implement tracking mechanisms for project progress with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Manage program data, maintain promotional materials, and prepare reports.
• Support the speaker team by optimizing processes and updating speaker databases.
• Create and post speaker training resources and videos.
• Learn and utilize new tools for database and reporting development.

Skills

• Proven ability to track and analyze program data.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Experience in building databases and reporting systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project or program management.
• Background in content development and data management.
