Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Project Manager to lead MEP design and construction oversight. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery and a high-performance response.

Ideal candidates hold a P.E. license, have 5+ years in MEP consulting, and can communicate across disciplines. Autodesk and Revit experience is recommended for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Licensed P.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the MEP consulting industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Experience with Autodesk and Revit recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and oversight through all design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and design teams for cohesive delivery.
• Communicate technical and timeline requirements clearly to internal teams.
• Use project management tools to monitor schedules, budgets, team assignments and billing.
• Review and develop project drawings and specifications.
