Job summary

The Encompass Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager in a hybrid role. You will lead projects end-to-end, manage scope, schedules and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while providing hands-on technical guidance to the team.

The role requires a PE license, 5+ years of Revit experience, and 5–15 years of relevant engineering/project experience. You will coach designers and stamp work as needed in a collaborative player-coach environment.

Project Manager – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Location: Hybrid

Salary: $115-130K, depending on experience

Bonus: ~10%

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager to join a collaborative engineering team in a player-coach role. This person will lead projects independently, manage client relationships, and provide technical guidance to the team.
