Job summary

Ledelsea is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Dallas/Plano area to own delivery of AI, personalization, and digital platform initiatives within a Digital organization. You will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects through the complete project management lifecycle.
• Strong experience with project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management, and quality management.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, team-building, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Experience coordinating technical and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• SAFe Agile certification and/or Project Management certification is preferred.
• Cands must be local to the Dallas/Plano, TX area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week.
• Relocation candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on schedule and within budget across AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform initiatives.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure.
• Develop project plans, estimates, timelines, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, development, testing, and other cross-functional resources.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and quality.
• Drive timely delivery while setting and managing customer expectations.
• Provide project oversight and communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members and promote effective team collaboration.
• Assist with project estimation and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Ensure deliverables follow established project management standards and methodologies.
• Partner closely with Program Managers to ensure project execution aligns with broader program objectives.
• Stay current with developments in AI/ML, personalization/recommendation technologies, and digital platform modernization.
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support projects within a Digital organization, with a focus on AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform initiatives. • Comfortable working within a larger Digital Transformation program and collaborating with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates must be local to the Dallas/Plano, TX area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week.
