About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a highly respected commercial general contractor in the DFW market that specializes exclusively in high-end commercial interiors and corporate office finish-outs.

The company completes approximately $120M–$140M in annual revenue and has built one of the strongest reputations in the Dallas interiors market. Roughly 70% of their work is negotiated, allowing their teams to build long-term relationships with clients and focus on quality rather than constantly chasing low-bid work.

They offer the resources, project portfolio, and stability of a larger contractor while maintaining a close-knit environment where employees know leadership and aren't buried under layers of corporate structure.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their Dallas team.

What You'll Do
  • Manage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress throughout the life of the project
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and client satisfaction
What They're Looking For
  • Approximately 3–10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience managing commercial interiors, corporate office, tenant improvement, or industrial interior projects
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to independently manage projects and communicate directly with clients
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Why Consider It?
  • Performance and project-profit-based bonus opportunities
  • 100% DFW work with no travel
  • 70% negotiated work
  • Established contractor doing $120M–$140M annually
  • Strong reputation within the DFW interiors market
  • Continued growth without an overly corporate environment
  • Modern North Dallas office
  • Leadership that values relationships with employees, clients, and subcontractors
  • Close-knit culture with the resources and project opportunities of a much larger contractor

This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys commercial interiors and wants to work on some of the top TI projects in Dallas while remaining part of a team where individual contributions are noticed.
