Responsibilities

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find an experienced Project Manager to support cross-functional programs, operational initiatives, and business readiness activities. This role is ideal for professionals with strong project coordination, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills who are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives forward while partnering effectively with teams across the organization.

Role Summary

The team is responsible for coordinating programs, initiatives, and operational activities that support business priorities and organizational readiness. The Project Coordinator/Manager will help connect plans, people, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams to ensure initiatives remain aligned and progress smoothly from planning through completion.

Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives. This role will work closely with project managers, business partners, operational teams, and leadership to maintain project plans, track milestones and deliverables, coordinate meetings, manage dependencies, and communicate project status.

The successful candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to structure information, identify risks or blockers, and follow through on action items. The individual should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience supporting large-scale or complex cross-functional programs
  • Experience in PMO, business operations, readiness, strategy, or program management
  • Experience working within a large, global, or highly matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting operational readiness, go-to-market initiatives, or business transformation programs
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and project communications
  • Strong ability to analyze information, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing projects with tight timelines and multiple dependencies
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to operate independently
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Communications, or a related field preferred

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of project or program coordination experience with a strong background in managing timelines, deliverables, meetings, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholders. They should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A strong candidate will demonstrate the ability to coordinate projects end-to-end, identify risks and dependencies, maintain project plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive follow-through on action items. Experience in PMO, operations, readiness, strategy, or large-scale cross-functional programs will be highly valuable.

Compensation

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40–$43/Hour on W2.
