Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, project management, PMO, operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and deliverables concurrently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution from initiation through completion.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and project activities.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, status updates, and follow-up communications.
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential blockers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure key information is organized and readily accessible.
• Support project status reporting and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions, decisions, and deliverables.
• Help structure ambiguous or complex information into clear plans and actionable next steps.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes and practices.
• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Proactively elevate risks or issues when additional support or decisions are required.
