The ideal candidate has 5+ years in civil construction, proficiency with HCSS Heavy Job, and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

2. Proven experience in project management and construction management.
3. Proficiency in using HCSS Heavy Job software.
4. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various project stakeholders.
8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
