Jobot is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead field staff across structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, and utilities on a large heavy civil project in the Kansas City area.

The role requires a BA/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5-7+ years of onsite general contracting experience. A successful candidate will integrate safety, quality, and budget controls to deliver on time and on budget.

The Estimator/Project Manager will lead field staff in construction of the entire project, managing all scopes (Structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water), providing leadership to project staff and ensuring quality and timely and on budget completion of projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field


• Min. 5-7+ yrs. as a Construction Project Manager w/ General Contracting experience on Sitework and Heavy Civil projects a MUST!


• Knowledgeable of all project scopes even if one area is stronger than another
