Job summary

Jobot is urgently hiring a Project Manager in South Carolina to oversee large, complex commercial construction projects. The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and client coordination to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or related field) and at least five years of experience in commercial construction management, with extensive budgeting and cost-control responsibilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.
• Extensive experience with budgeting, financial management, and cost control on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each one meets the required objectives and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and other industry‑related tools.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations within the construction industry.
