Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, project documentation, and closeout.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with owners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field personnel.
• Ability to identify potential project issues and proactively develop solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Details

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or a related role.
