Job summary

The Encompass Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager in a hybrid role. You will lead projects end-to-end, manage scope, schedules and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while providing hands-on technical guidance to the team.

The role requires a PE license, 5+ years of Revit experience, and 5–15 years of relevant engineering/project experience. You will coach designers and stamp work as needed in a collaborative player-coach environment.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 5+ years experience with Revit.
• 5–15 years of engineering/project experience.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from start to finish with limited oversight.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Assign work and coach designers while remaining hands-on.
• Collaborate with team to support project delivery.
• Handle Revit, construction details, drawings and technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and stamp work as required.
