Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead 2-4 concurrent construction projects valued at $7M-$15M. You will drive on-time delivery, budget control, and quality outcomes, using Procore for all documentation and reporting.

The role requires coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, with strong leadership across the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates bring proven PM experience in construction, comfort with multifamily builds, and exceptional communication.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager will be:

• Manage 2-4 construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $7M-$15M in value
• Oversee projects at various stages of completion, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Utilise Procore extensively to manage project documentation, reporting, communication, and workflow processes
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with operations leadership and fellow project managers to ensure project success
• Track project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Maintain accurate project records and communicate updates to internal and external partners

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager will have:

• Project Management experience within the construction industry
• Assistant Project Managers with strong experience and proven readiness for advancement will be considered
• Strong proficiency with Procore is required
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with multifamily construction preferred, particularly ground-up wood-framed projects
• Diverse project experience across multiple construction sectors is highly valued
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Must be able to work onsite from the Charlotte, NC office
