As an A&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing external vendors and in-house engineering teams. You will work directly with clients and customers, ensuring the job is done right and striving for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, government agencies, and trade associations.
• Ensure constant communication between vendors, engineers, and administrative staff.
• Attend project meetings with clients.
• Set up accurate budgets for each service.
• Approve POs and expenses timely, either directly or through delegation.
• Maintain accurate project forecasts and documented costs to complete each month.
• Gather documentation for change orders, change conditions, and ROI; ensure proper documentation of work in progress for proper compensation.
• Coordinate with the document review team to ensure vendor documentation meets customer guidelines.
• Ensure necessary resources are scheduled and available through vendor coordination.
• Complete all project closeout paperwork promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must have knowledge of Mount Analysis, Structural Analysis, and basic construction drawings.

Remote Opportunity: Preferred to reside in Central/Eastern Time Zones but not limited.

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000/year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience with AT&T and Ericsson.
• Proven track record of high-quality work completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Enjoy working closely with your team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of SAQ and/or A&E project experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate scheduling management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Precise hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately.
• Effective communication of progress, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.
