Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a Health Services Project Manager to join our team in support of the NC Air National Guard. The NCNG IBHS is driven by a state-wide 24/7/365 toll free Helpline and serves as the portal of entry for all support services. This portal of entry must be monitored and responded to immediately by Licensed Behavioral Health Psychotherapists on a rotating basis.

This position is remote with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of psychotherapists to ensure appropriate coverage of the 24-hour hotline, standard day-to-day operations, and special event coverage, including Yellow Ribbon, deployment, Commander and 1SG Course, Family Programs events, Victim Advocate, Causality, Unit Risk Inventories, and Military Funeral Honors training.
• Liaison to the HIPAA compliant answering service to ensure their 24/7 calendar is synced with the IBHS calendar.
• Oversee IBHS Health & Wellness Advocates to ensure proper crisis intervention, psychological assessment, treatment, psychotherapy, and additional treatment modalities, including educational, vocational, and rehabilitative counseling.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Education/License: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business/business administration.
• Experience: 1-year post-graduate experience in behavioral health program management and working with community agencies and military personnel preferred.
