Position: Remote Project Manager

Walton Signage, a respected and innovative company in the signage industry, is seeking a Remote Project Manager. The company serves large, national, and corporate accounts with turnkey installation of high-quality signage systems and has been recognized as one of Inc. Magazine's fastest-growing companies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating all projects, including planning, developing bids (quotes), and establishing timelines.
2. Serving as a liaison between sales, design, estimating, quality, manufacturing management, and other personnel.
3. Managing job budgets, schedules, change orders, and contract reports.
4. Working with Installation Managers to facilitate field work.
5. Ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
6. Providing design concepts through documentation drawings for designated projects.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in program management.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and accept guidance.
5. Maintaining confidentiality and defining goals to ensure satisfaction for both company and customers.
6. Attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline management.
