• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of IT Project/Program/Client Engagement Management experience.
• Proven enterprise application delivery and support leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with global onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Cloud platforms, applications, APIs, integrations and data-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Drive successful delivery of technology and application initiatives by providing strong stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, distributed teams coordination, and operational leadership across the project portfolio.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and govern enterprise application, integration, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and distributed delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of technology projects from planning through deployment and support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance experience, with mandatory exposure to the energy, utilities, renewable energy, solar, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of application development, enhancement, integration, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to define project scope, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, milestone reviews, and executive status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Monitor project schedules, technical deliverables, solution quality, testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, technical challenges, and delivery bottlenecks.
• Manage stakeholder communications, escalations, and change requests.
• Support continuous improvement, automation, modernization, digital transformation initiatives and business growth.
• Lead project governance meetings, executive reviews, and steering committee discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or Client Engagement Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise application delivery and support engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with global onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Domain Experience

• Experience supporting organizations in Energy, Utilities, Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, Sustainability, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of business processes within energy, utility, clean energy, solar manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Exposure to digital transformation, operational technology, sustainability, ESG, or smart manufacturing initiatives is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Data & Analytics, or related technologies.
• Experience managing multi-teams and distributed delivery environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
