Workplace Interiors Of Buffalo is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to support our Buffalo area clients from planning through installation. You will partner with sales and design, review plans, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining budgets and schedules.
You’ll coordinate with clients, contractors, facilities teams, and manufacturers, travel daily to site visits, and lead a team to resolve issues and keep projects moving to final walkthroughs.
Workplace Interiors is looking for a Project Manager to join our Buffalo team and help bring great spaces to life across Western New York.
You’ll work with companies, colleges, K-12 schools, and government organizations throughout the greater Buffalo area, supporting our sales, design, and installation teams from initial planning through project completion. Each client and space brings something different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and seeing the results of their work firsthand.
One day you may be walking a corporate office with a client and reviewing installation plans. The next, you could be coordinating a classroom furniture delivery or meeting with a college’s facilities team to prepare for an upcoming project.
You’ll help keep schedules, budgets, and people aligned, making sure our team has the information it needs and our clients know what to expect. When plans change, you’ll work with the team to find a solution and keep the project moving.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and enjoys taking ownership of a project. You should be comfortable managing several priorities, working with different personalities, and making thoughtful decisions when circumstances change.
A strong business sense is important. Understanding how labor, freight, scheduling, and scope changes affect costs will help you deliver successful projects for both our clients and Workplace.
