Job summary

Contract Design in Spokane, Washington is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our team, coordinating projects from handoff through delivery, installation and closeout with Sales, Design, Coordinators, manufacturers, warehouse and installation teams. You will manage schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure clear communication.

Experience in commercial interiors or contract furniture is preferred.

Contract Design is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager plays a critical role in the successful delivery of commercial furniture and interior projects. This person will coordinate projects from handoff through delivery, installation, and closeout, working closely with Account Managers, Project Designers, Project Coordinators, manufacturers, warehouse personnel, and installation teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, solving problems, building strong relationships, and bringing complex projects successfully across the finish line.
