CyberCoders seeks an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our Boca Raton or Tampa Bay teams, overseeing ground-up retail and municipal projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction, strong scheduling, budgeting, and change management, and proficiency with Procore. This on-site role offers growth and opportunities across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Total experience in the commercial construction industry: 10+ years.
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and change management skills.
• Experience with subcontractor administration and contract management.
• Proficiency with construction management software, including Procore.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Stable employment history with clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from inception through completion.

• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.

We are seeking experienced Commercial Project Managers to join our growing team in either our Boca Raton or Tampa Bay office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a construction professional with a proven track record of successfully managing commercial ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, financial oversight, scheduling expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Project Experience Desired

Candidates should have experience managing one or more of the following project types:

• Ground-Up Retail
• Big Box Retail
• Supermarkets
• Municipal Facilities
• Mixed-Use Developments
• Multi-Family Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from inception through completion
