Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a well-established General Contractor in Tampa, FL. You will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and owner relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CM or related field, 5+ years of GC PM experience, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Base salary ranges $120,000-$160,000 with bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar CM software.
